With over a thousand employees and strong presence in Rio Grande do Sul, having billed R$995 million in 2010 by selling 29,350 vehicles; the Group needed to boost business growth by opening new stores and had the necessity to monitor the availability of information technology services. For this, Netwall management solution was hired and, for being innovative, meets this demand fully.
Currently, the MonitoraIT is responsible for pointing out future failures as the percentage of use of servers disk drives, scheduling the warnings when they reach 80%. This grants time for the group to act before or shortly after any incidents, as the tool sends a text message to the managers.
In the five-year period, vehicle sales, the main activity of the company, more than doubled, and the MonitoraIT technology gave aid this growth by providing proper support in foreseeing the failures of IT services so that these did not interfere with the operations of the company.
